In this talk, we study the stability and synchronization for discrete fractional-order neural network systems. By introducing some useful fractional order difference inequalities, the stability conditions for discrete fractional-order neural network systems are given. Then, based on this stability results, we design suitable controllers, some novel synchronization conditions for this neural network systems are derived.
